How to copy and paste the image to inputbox and send images?

I am using Flutter to develop a Windows application. it is possible to directly paste the copied image into a text box to send the image without selecting the image ？

Hey! I am pretty sure this is not possible, tbh don't even know how to do this. I will leave this open to check later.
