Description of the Issue
Possibly not really a bug in the truest sense. When enabling RetroAchievements in hardcore mode, widescreen cheats are disabled.
I know cheats and hardcore mode generally don't mix as per RA policy, but widescreen cheats/patches seem to be the sole exception to that rule, and are allowed across other emulators - PCSX2, Dolphin, Duckstation etc all support widescreen cheats when in hardcore mode. It would be great if Flycast would support them in hardcore mode too!
