Cannot properly dump all textures for F.Valgas in Power Stone (Naomi)

Description of the Issue

In the Arcade version of Power Stone, when fighting the final form of Valgas with Dump Textures enabled, a few of his textures don't dump properly, only showing up as black squares despite displaying properly in-game. It always seems to be the same four specific textures, PSP versions attached below-

Debugging Steps Tested

*Losing the fight, emptying texdump folder, and restarting through a Continue to redump.
*Playing as F.Valgas in other stages through Cheat Engine
*Updating Flycast to latest version

WELP, I had a savestate right before the F.Valgas fight I was gonna upload. But when I went to load it to double-check it, I hit 'Save State' instead of 'Load State', so now it's the Naomi boot scrren. Now it's totally worthless!

On the plus side, hacking into playing as F.Valgas isn't too hard with Cheat Engine. On the Player Select screen, you can just search for 2 Bytes as you scroll the characters to find the value for the highlighted character, and lock it to play as a different character. The character ID values are as shown-
