Mouse not locking to game window

Description of the Issue
When playing trackball games (such as outtrigger), the mouse doesn't lock to the window, causing the game to lose tracking when you move the mouse outside of the window, even in fullscreen. I've tried using some tools such as Borderless Gaming or Dual Monitor Tools, but nothing seems to fix the issue.

Press Left ALT+Left CTRL to capture the mouse. It will also avoid it being "stuck" on the sides of the screen and will hide the mouse cursor.
