Analysis gear type

Like the 0.1.5 release, This release modifies the gear manifest to updated flywheel requirements. Also gear description to reflect the true fsl version that's being used (5.0). It also adds the gear to the "FSL" gear suite, and sets this gear as an "Analysis" gear.
