Dwarf Player's Guide new content

In the recently released Dwarf Player's Guide there are several new additions that can't be added manually. Careers and most items can be, though these are an issue:

1. "Engineering" weapon group has been added for some of the new melee weapons
2. New type of magic/items, the dwarf famous Runes added. It would be great to add them both as a PC's learned "spell", and a Quality for items
3. "Salvo" and "Crewed" qualities added for ranged weapons
