Increased limit for Spells descriptions and character's Additional Notes field

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some of the spells added in later supplements, like Hedgecraft and Witchcraft from Blood and Rumble, have way too long descriptions to fit into a limit of 1500.
Also, my players would like to have their character's stories and descriptions in the Additional Notes field, but the limit of 2000 is too short for more advanced details.

Describe the solution you'd like
Increasing spell description's limit to something like 3000-5000?
Increasing Additional Notes limit to maybe 10000 if possible?
