Automatic Wounds

When specifying maximum Wounds, you can leave the input empty. This will enable Automatic Wounds mechanic that will automatically calculate maximum Wounds from Characters Characteristics, Race (Character of Custom Race is considered being of Average Size), Traits and Talents.

When you upgrade Characteristics or Talents, maximum Wounds are automatically recalculated.

Effects

There are several Talents and Traits which affect various Character stats and mechanics. All you need to do to benefit from this automation is use the Talent/Trait with the correct name and the effect mentioned below will be applied. Names are matched in case insensitive manner, so i.e. effect for Hardy talent is applied when using both Hardy or hardy etc. Both manual and Compendium Talents/Traits are supported.

Combat Reflexes Increases Initiative by 10 per times talent when rolling Initiative Order in Combat
Coolheaded +5 Will Power
Hardy Automatically increases maximum Wounds by TB per times taken. (Requires enabled Automatic Wounds)
Lightning Reflexes +5 Agility
Marksman +5 Ballistic Skill
Nimble Fingered +5 Dexterity
Savvy +5 Intelligence
Sharp Sharp
Suave +5 Fellowship
Very Resilient +5 Toughness
Very Strong +5 Strength
Warrior Born +5 Weapon Skill

Overrides default size derived from Character Race. Adjusts maximum Wounds when Automatic Wounds are enabled.
