Some labeling-related enhancements

As briefly discussed - putting them here to remember

• Add option to display channel labels (channel_names argument, parallel to channels for plot_image())
• Add argument to control font size of scalebar label (done in 1b645b0)
• If call_show is False, plot title is always black (add title_color = "white" argument to plot_image())
