Extend the available annotation of the contrast DB to include Genes, Standard terms (e.g MeSH terms) associated with each contrast.
This could be done using RegEx searches with term dictionaries against specific metadata of the contrast DB (mainly the title, and characteristics_ch1 field).
This type of annotation can be used e.g for #1 enhanced visualization of query results.
