Related to #30, the correct command to start creating the map in section 6.3.2 is:
ros2 launch slam_toolbox online_async_launch.py slam_params_file:=/home/fmrico/ros/ros2/bookros2_jazzy_ws/src/book_ros2/br2_navigation/params/mapper_params_online_async.yaml autostart:=true
Change the path to the one on your computer.
