Propose a statistics view

I think a statistics view that contains an overview about how much money is stored, about daily transactions etc. would be useful especially for club treasurers.

We need to gather ideas on how to implement this, especially with having privacy in mind. We shouldn't provide a way to calculate user data based on this.

Additionally we need to figure out what statistics are important to treasurers (@tabascoeye maybe?). Maybe we could implement a treasurer view that contains user data as well but requiring a passphrase to view.

The Idea of this whole system is based on two principles people tend to forget:

1. I don't want to pay each item with the correct amount of money, so I create a "bank account" where I store 10-20 Euros which I can use to buy snacks
2. The system is not meant to actually go into negative values (which is effectively the club loaning money to you)

And that is the reason why I do not understand any "privacy" concerns in all this. The whole system is built on trust. The club as an entitiy trusts its members to keep this balance and keep the overall money in this thing on the + side.

Seeing that many accounts in >-20€ areas shows that not everybody understands those principles.

So any data you want to hide from view only breaks away more of the trust that is needed for this system to work at all (in my opinion)

Aside from that comment, I think these stats would be cool:

• Number of members below 0€
• Number of Members over 0€
• Sum of all negative acounts
• sum of all positive accounts
• total money in the system (should never be negative!)
• stats of sold products (when using the barcode scanner is established more)

I personally would love a view sorted by the highest negative values so I can easily see the names and can write mails to them. Not in a "wall of shame" kind of way but simply to remind those people of how the system is meant to work and that they effectively abuse the club to hand them a loan without interest.

Privacy is important not to hide that someone is 100€ into negative but to hide that Person A loves KitKat Chunky White and Premium Cola and only buys those two.

On the backend side we want to implement email interaction which could send you a monthly report containing all people being into negative making it easier for you to contact them.

I like your ideas for stats and think we should implement them.
