support a dispose func

but l use it with turbolinks, can you support a dispose func to delete labelauty instande and remove relative dom element?

Currently, I am not maintaining this plugin since I dropped jQuery from my projects and started using reactive libraries.

Do you accept the challenge to create a pull request for this issue?
Otherwise, I will try to get some free time to implement this.
