Adjust the TDA searching length according to the data #1
Description
Currently, the maximum TDA "searching length" is hardwired to 10.

This is ok for EHT application because we down sample black hole images to n ~ 16. However, we should provide this as an option so the user can 1) specific it manually, or 2) compute this value automatically from the input data.
