Data pull actions failing regularly

We have had no new data for the past 9 days!.
The 360 min time limit has been exceeded by github actions.
Should I send an email to NOMADS/ NWS to ask for priority access/speed boost.
We might need to run scripts on a server soon if they are going to take all day.
One possible solution is to ask our script to stop pulling data at 5 hr 50 mins of runtime and commit the current data so that we get incomplete data instead of no data for days where a site task crashes

Update:

According to NOMADS,

We have made adjustments to alleviate the issues of sending data to NOMADS. Previous cycles may still be populating and as we work to confirm stability, there may be further interruptions. The GFS continues to experience issues which are unrelated to the transmission problem and that may cause delays for GFS model data.
