since new versión updated, Qlog doesn´t conect to my radio

past week I updated a new version Qlog, Since this the radio (TS-590SG) doesn´t conect to qlog, I watched all the config in transceiver , the com3 are ok, I install a second the qlog and a hamlib but the radio doesn´t give CAT to Qlog.
