I am splitting the discussion about this specific enhancement off from #380. That issue is much more wide-ranging.

The tl;dr is that some work has been done at https://github.com/k8wu/QLog/tree/2026-01-21/qrz-qsoqsl-downloads but it is not ready for a PR yet. I am currently working through the LogbookModel code and elsewhere to ensure that the "QRZ Log Status" field is processed/updated properly when we receive ADIF data from QRZ.com on a FETCH.
