feature: disable colorscheme handling

There are some manual created color schemes, without github or same.
Also, themes shown incorrectly when their configuration passed to lazy.setup().

Add option to disable handling colorscheme command by lazy.nvim to enable for user install and configure color schemes external of lazy.setup().

Lazy doesn't do any special handling of colorschemes. It's still just all Neovim.

But lazy try to install selected theme. If the theme isn't added to lazy setup, it failed.

I have no idea what you mean. Can you please be more specific?
If you want to use a theme that is not part of a plugin, you need to manually update the rtp. That's not specific to lazy, that's just how Neovim works. Check the Neovim docs.

probably left is using treesitter and right isnt.

So, when lazy.nvim is used, all modules should be configured via lazy, nvim default ~/.local/share/nvim/site/pack/plugins/start/ (nvim-treesitter installed here) is ignored?

yes, that won't work correctly with lazy. please just read the docs. do a :checkhealth lazy as well.
