What is config.dev.path?

Readme is somewhat confusing, referring to config.dev.path. Is that lazy's config object? Also it says:

See config.dev

But there is no info about what that is in readme.

config refers to the default configuration of lazy.nvim. The setting you're asking about is mentioned here.
