Add a table

I have a function that enters 6, arrays, which are columns, a date, and returns a markdow 'memo'; is it possible to create a JS table, that the user can fill in with this, and then saves a function? The function save may not be important, as I might transition my program to use databases, instead of dataframes and dictionaries.
