How to avoid white space created by hidden cells?

It's not really a bug, but rather enhancement request, or maybe just my insufficient experience with Pluto - so if there is an existing solution I would very much appreciate if you can point it to me!

The problem I face is, that if I have multiple cells and I hide them there is a lot of white space created by them visible in the final html.

I often put hidden cells at the bottom of the notebook, like here the Appendix in this notebook:
