showing markdown output

[tpapp]

md"some markdown" cells work fine for showing Markdown-formatted, but when I wanted to display some generated markdown (using DisplayAs which is used by MarkdownTable), it does not work.

(I am not saying that this is a bug in this package, just want to make it work). See MWE below, which shows as

This somehow works:

I have no clue about DisplayAs so maybe there is a smarter way to achieve this rather than passing from a String

Looking at the Pluto.jl source, I get the impression that Markdown.MD objects are captured on a special-cased basis and converted to html with repr.

I wonder if a similar strategy could be added for objects which are showable as Markdown.

(Also, could this discussion be converted back into an issue? I now think it is an issue.)
