Point to a local Mathjax install?

For those of us who sometimes need to work offline, is there a way to point Pluto.jl to a locally hosted copy of Mathjax for math rendering?

This might be a nice middle step, assuming that #1998 isn't going to be fully implemented imminently (or maybe it's already possible?!?!).
