profiles/googlefonts: Ensure that Oblique bit is not enabled

I recently sent a pr for the Red Hat fonts to google/fonts, google/fonts#1930. The Italic fonts have both the Italic and Oblique fsSelection bits set.

The GF eng team do not want the oblique bit to be set for fonts.
