no generator branch

contributing.md indicates that the tooling to convert the cosmogol source into the derived formats is located in a branch name 'generator'. No such branch exists in this repo. I've not been able to find the tooling (though I've not really looked hard), so I'm not sure whether it's a documentation bug or the branch was unintentionally deleted.
