Issue with Linux build & docker

Hey @ggalia I had the same issue, @_@

• Using #83b2c6b85e21db96461080f767fcec55cebd10f0
• O/S : Ubuntu 16.04

I hope this will help, as sudo type : gem uninstall bundler
it will ask you which version, but just to be safe uninstall all the versions...
next gem install bundler -v '1.17.3' --source https://rubygems.org/
And got myself working ^-^!
