Best practices for sharing static assets across apps / packages

Right now there are many duplicated static assets in each public folder

There are some discussion on this topic here: vercel/turborepo#2192

I am lead toward create a new repository move all static assets in public folder to here.
And then use a new web server to serve all static assets.
