Error on start | Apex Language Server client: couldn't create connection to server.

Summary

Upon starting the Salesforce VS Code extensions, myself and others on my team are consistently receiving this error:

We're all using version 21.0.8 of the Zulu jdk.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Error occurs on startup. No reproduction steps.

Expected result

No error should occur, and the apex language server should load.

Actual result

Apex Language Server.log

Salesforce Extension Version in VS Code: 66.9.0

Salesforce CLI Version: @salesforce/cli/2.132.14 darwin-arm64 node-v24.14.0

OS and version: Apple M4 Max 26.4

VS Code version: 1.118.1

@kai-tribble please try removing folder ./.sfdx/tools/260 and the reload the workspace.

We would also appreciate the results of command "SFDX: Generate Project Info"
