Missing surfaces in horizontal endless mode

I found out how to reproduce this issue.

Desired scroll direction: from bottom to top

The bug occurs when:

• I slowly swipe in the opposite direction (from top to bottom)
• then change the direction (while the screen is still pressed)
• and swipe in the desired direction (bottom to top)
