Allow logging to syslog (or other facilities)

I would like to be able to use syslog for all my logging. Both for the forever log itself as well as for the stdout and stderr of the child. It would also be nice if I were able to have the log messages tagged with e.g. the pid and type (forever, stdout, stderr) of the log, so my syslog processing facility can sort it all out.

Forever use Winston, and the syslog transport exist, so I think it will be quite easy to do it.

forever.log is written using Winston, but the stdout.log and stderr.log use a simple fsWriteStream.
