Integrate Blockstream Satellite

Description: Create a package containing all necessary software and drivers to connect to a Blockstream Satellite Hardware Kit. Create a module that allows for plug'n'play usage.

Motivation: Nix-bitcoin nodes should stay online when internet goes out

I was actually in the process of doing this for myself, since I have all the hardware but was just need to get the software up and running on my nixos machine. wifey permitting I'll try to get the dish installed this summer so I can start working on this again.

Can you continuously push your work to your fork? I'm going to try to set up my hardware in parallel.

We should include diesel generator recommendations and instructions in our usage documentation to insure our users can weather any storm 😄

I don't think I got very far. I remember getting stuck on something, but it looks like the codebase has changed a bunch since then so it might be easier now.

Was able to get a lock on Galaxy 18 this summer but realized I couldn't mount the sat due to where it was pointing. Might have to get one of those smaller phased array receivers before I can continue working on this :(

Edit: the PR has been merged - blocksat-cli is now in nixpkgs master
