Time Horizon: Mid Term
Description: Multiple developers sign each release. An updated fetch-release verifies a certain threshold of these signatures.
Motivation: We love @jonasnick but he shouldn't have all the signing power.
Implementation: Upgrade fetch-release. I propose 2/3: @jonasnick @erikarvstedt @nixbitcoin Updates to the signing constellation can be made by a release that updates fetch-release, of course then users would need to update to that, before updating to newer versions.
