• Compile every open source and commercial project (that we can access) using both LLVM and C++ backends, as well as interactively
• In terms of performance of the generated (compiled) code, ideally on par with GFortran, more realistically within a factor of 2x on most benchmarks.
• Developers: at least 10 contributors on average in any given month
