Since Intel compilers on Windows have a somewhat different command line interface (MSVS-like rather than GCC-like) we might want to explicitly test the Intel/Windows combination in our continuous integration workflow.

Intel offers example workflows to handle installation of the oneAPI toolkits at https://github.com/oneapi-src/oneapi-ci
