Linkable tags in package list? #515
Description
The list of packages already has nice tags, but they don't link to anything. It might be nice if clicking a tag took you to an index with all the packages with the same tag.
It looks like there's a nice Sphinx extension, sphinx-tags, that can do this. Would there be interest in me adding this?
