Remove storybook/ from .gitignore #228
Description
When building up a new project from this project, the storybook/ line in .gitignore will cause the files in /source/06-utility/storybook to become ignored and not checked into the new repo without using the -f flag. Additionally, this can cause issues downstream if we're deploying to Acquia, Upsun, etc. even if we do use the -f flag.
