[feat] Extend Logs Retention Period #364

I've reviewed the Frequently Asked Questions section for the Logs. Currently, these are stored for (only) 7 days, which can be quite limiting for users like myself. I setup the few e-mail addresses I use, and really don't have any reasons to log back again, unless there is a problem.
I would think that should be the case for most users, so I suggest implementing a feature that allows users to configure the log retention period according to their preferences, probably up to 90 days (ideally!), or at least extending the default retention period to one month.
