[fix] Multiple DKIM records pass verification, but break SMTP / outbound email

Need to verify there aren't multiple DKIM records which could pass DKIM / smtp verification, but fail when sending outbound email / smtp. The user will see successful smtp verification, but get invalid DKIM signature errors when sending email which causes confusion.
