Issues with import project

Hi, I got a wrong message when import the project as the Running Pop Gen 2.0b2.
The program file is accessed from
https://github.com/foss-transportationmodeling/popgen/tree/develop_puma_fix
The data I used is accessed from
https://github.com/foss-transportationmodeling/popgen/tree/develop_puma_fix/tutorials/1_basic_popgen_setup
The error message is "AttributeError: 'Index' object has no attribute 'levels'".
