Describe the bug/problem
When there are no prior requests, opening the History tab displays a completely blank screen. No table structure, columns, or placeholder UI is shown, which makes it unclear whether history is empty or failed to load.
Steps to Reproduce the bug/problem
Launch the application
Ensure no requests have been sent (clear history if needed)
Navigate to the History tab

Expected behavior
The History tab should display a structured empty state when no requests exist (e.g., column headers with a “No history available” message) instead of a blank view, to clearly communicate the state to the user.
