[Bug] Fixed animation is not fixed

Fixed animation in the app doesn't move at all, but if i transfer the result is the same effect of "slitting" animation

Hi! @ctrlVnt I looked into this issue and found what seems to be causing the problem.

From what I observed, there are two separate issues:

1. Text clipping in Fixed mode: In ani_fixed.dart, the text is centered using horizontalOffset = (badgeWidth - newWidth) ~/ 2. When the rendered text becomes wider than the badge, this offset turns negative, which causes the text to get clipped instead of being displayed correctly.

2. Incorrect animation mode during transfer: In animation_badge_provider.dart, getAnimationIndex() relies on object equality to determine the current animation. If a new animation instance is created (for example after stopAllAnimations()), the lookup can fail and fall back to index 0, resulting in the wrong animation mode being sent to the badge.

I have a few ideas for fixing this:

• Handle cases where the rendered text is wider than the badge to avoid clipping.
• Improve the animation lookup so it doesn't depend on object identity.
• Avoid silently falling back to index 0 when no matching animation is found.

If this approach looks reasonable, I'd be happy to work on a PR.
