When the user switches refresh mode, the inline error/status message at the bottom shows inconsistent word ordering.

Steps to Reproduce :

• Open the Filter Selection screen.
• Change the refresh mode to Full Refresh.
• Observe the bottom inline message.
• Change the refresh mode to Quick Refresh.
• Observe the bottom inline message again.

Current Behavior :

• Full Refresh → Full Refresh Selected
• Quick Refresh → Selected Quick Refresh

The word "Selected" appears in different positions depending on the selected refresh mode.

Expected Behavior :
The message format should be consistent across all refresh modes.
