How to export and download the orders list of my event |
Log in using your Eventyay username and password. On the top right hand corner, click on your username, choose manage event.
Choose the event you want to export the orders list, then select event dashboard.
In the menu bar select the tickets and then on the left table choose orders.
In here you can either export to PDF or CSV (Excel spreadsheet). Your file will be downloaded under .pdf format or .csv format.
