Use Copilot to check translations

Describe the issue

People can contribute translations via Weblate. Since translations may be in languages which reviewers may not speak themselves, it is possible that wrong translations are added intentionally or unintentionally.

Copilot could check if the translations contain vulgar language and check if the meaning of translated phrases match the corresponding phrases in English. Maybe Copilot needs some information about the file format of the translation files and about the fact that the language is in the file name.

The instructions can be added once #3074 is merged.
