Identify more target boards to support in PSLab app

Describe the issue

We can possibly support more hardware in the PSLab app. The hardware should be affordable, widely used / available, and open.

https://sigrok.org/wiki/Supported_hardware has a list of hardware which may be suitable

Many of the devices listed in the Sigrok Wiki are either old or not open hardware. I will add devices to the list below as I find them. If you want to add to the list, just comment here and I will extend the list. Or edit this post directly if you have sufficient rights.
