What's the best component to use for mobile navigation?

Hi, I'm trying out reactnativereusables for the first time as I'm trying to learn how to build a mobile app using react-native + expo. I'm using react navigation bottom tags for the mobile app navigation right now.

If I use the reactnativereusables library, what's the best component to use for mobile navigation? Is there any recommendation or suggestions on how might I design a navigation UX?

I think you should do that yourself but you must respect the theme that corresponds to whether it's dark or light mode
