feat: improve the benchmarks page

Currently, this just pulls the LATEST.md from the repo.

i think its still hard to understand the context on the benchmark page e.g. what is forge test & forge test (isolated) , why is v1.3.0 faster?
as a user, i want to go to the benchmark page and see immediately how much faster v1.3 and why
system info seems out of place, would make sense to have a section w/ benchmark params https://getfoundry.sh/introduction/benchmarks#system-information

maybe we can display the differences visually using dynamic SVGs (or rendered PNGs)

imo a quick win would be to link each benchmark title with it's corresponding book section, so that people can easily see what the cmd does.

alternatively, we could write a one line for each of them

also, if the benchmarks section is always from latest, it would be nice to link the release notes (https://getfoundry.sh/releases), so that if they want to dive deeper, they can read some insights on the changes that took place without having to jump back to github
