--tutor to show examples of correct full command usage

forge <cmd> --tutor to enable self diagnosis of command issues and examples.

Showing examples or even a forge --tutor to show a Beginners guide without leaving the terminal to check the foundry book.

fzf search for command assisted completion, though, this would be similar to how GitHub CoPilot gives you hints in an IDE like VSCode where you tab complete the suggesteion.
