It'd be great to have a path option under the [doc] section that specifies the path in the repository the package exists

Additional context

I'm trying to generate docs here synapsecns/sanguine#1338 and the path to the foundry package is package/contracts-core and am unable to get the git links working correctly.

So far, I've tried:

• adding a book.toml to ./book.toml synapsecns/sanguine@85455ab which resulted in example
• Overriding the book.toml as a whole in synapsecns/sanguine@15db5e2 resulting in example
• Adding the path in the foundry.toml here synapsecns/sanguine@24286de which resulted in example
