feat: replacable disk cache entry serialization/deserializaion methods

Unfortunately, bincode has chosen to stop maintenance. In any case, I respect the author’s decision. However, this also means foyer needs to consider a new disk cache serialization/deserialization framework, as well as how to prevent similar situations from happening in the future.

Therefore, I’m thinking about making foyer’s disk cache serialization/deserialization replaceable. At the moment there are a few libraries to choose from:

• fory
• bitcode
